Domestic monuments can take 6 8 months from final design approval to completion. Import and custom work can take up to 12 months. **

Grant Memorials retains ownership of monument until it is fully paid. We require full payment before installation. Note: Monuments WILL NOT be loaded on the truck for delivery and/or installation until final payment has been made.

Customer is responsible for ensuring monument meets cemetery regulations.

For purposes of efficiency and to reduce our carbon footprint, we install monuments by area in allocated windows of time. For this reason, WE CANNOT meet family members at the cemetery. Grave must be clearly marked and identifiable for installation. If the family would like to be present for the installation this will be done outside of normal business hours and subject to an additional fee.

Grant Memorials cannot be responsible for damage done to the monument by mowing equipment, vandalism, unusual environmental or atmospheric conditions, or natural distasters.

All correspondence, designs and photos of completed work can be used by Grant Memorials for marketing purposes.

**PLEASE NOTE that due to problems caused by supply chain slow-downs, we are experiencing severe delays in receiving raw materials. The stone will arrive, but the shipping delays are adding weeks to the normal timescale, and shippers are substantially increasing their charges. We have no control over this, but where possible we continue to prioritize manufacture and installation of older orders first. Please check with us regarding the expected time frame if you are ordering a custom stone, and if you have placed an order, rest assured we will continue updating you as we have more information.
